雅拉香波传说

西藏是一个充满神秘传说的地方，雅拉香波雪山常以一头躯体白如海螺的白牦牛的身形显现，从嘴里不断喷出雪暴，是一个化身兽形的神灵。藏文“雅拉香波”意思是“上神香波”，雅拉香波雪山位于西藏山南地区，其所在的雅隆河谷是吐蕃最古老的部落繁衍之地，故被奉为最大神山，此后随着雅隆部落发展壮大，7世纪初松赞干布统一建立吐蕃王朝，雅拉香波雪山就成了众部落共同信仰最高神山。

1、拉萨－羊八井-纳木错-日喀则,沿途主要景点有:布达拉宫、大昭寺、珠穆朗玛峰等；Lhasa–yambajan–namtso–Xigaze

2、拉萨－林芝－山南,沿途主要景点有:布达拉宫、八廓街、大昭寺、罗布林卡、喇嘛林寺、藏王墓、昌珠寺等。Lhasa–Nyingchi– Shannan

高原反应预防小常识：

1、可以提前3天左右服用红景天药或制剂，经研究表明，红景天有明确的抗缺氧和抗疲劳的作用

2、年龄较大、体弱、肥胖等心脏负担较重者，可提前1天服用复方丹参丸。

3、计划较早者，可提前一周进入适应性体能和呼吸锻炼。即使游客在进入高原前没有条件采取预防措施，也不必担心，只要在进入高原初期，采取有效的预防措施，同样可以预防急性高原反应的发生。
